Description_MKT | Quick Fuel Technology(R) offers a wide array of carburetors designed for use with alternative fuels on street, strip, circle track, and forced induction applications. Carburetors are available for both methanol and E85 use, and QFT(TM) also offers conversion kits to convert your existing gasoline-powered carburetor as well. There are a number of factors to consider before making the conversion from gasoline to methanol. Methanol requires approximately two times more fuel flow than gasoline. For carburetors that use E85 ethanol fuel, you will require approximately 25 to 30 percent more fuel than gasoline. |
